This is the time you would like the booth to be ready to go and set up. We usually arrive 60-90 minutes prior for set-up.

To help us ensure a smooth setup experience, please choose "Not Easily Accessible" if the setup area involves gravel, uneven ground, a walk over 100 feet from the drop-off area, multiple hallways, narrow doorways, staircases, or other obstacles that could make transport and setup more challenging. Additional charges may apply for locations with limited accessibility.
